Staging Services Provided to Homeowners
1. The Comprehensive Written Consultation: Consultation are priced based on the individual home needs as well as size and condition- Best for the "do it yourself" client
- Consist of meeting with you at your home
- Touring your home with you
- Taking detailed notes
- Taking photos with your permission to be used in writing the consult
- Then I would ask to re-tour your home on my own while you watch my video or view my career book
- writing a detailed comprehensive written report to include suggestions for indoor and outdoor areas
- Returning to your home and reviewing the consultation line by line or I can send it electronically to you for your review.
- I will give you a top ten to do list
- Educate you how to live in your home while it is on the market without losing your mind
- Supply you with a daily checklist
- After the written consultation the homeowner can then decide is this more than he/she can handle,do they want to give some of the staging to me as their "stager" or can they handle it on their own.
- After reviewing the consultation you may request a no cost bid for any and all of my services, remember I can do as little or as much as you would like.
- I can come back to your home when you have finished the work and tweak it with you
- I can assist in staging for Open Houses
- Again this is best for the "do it yourself" client

- I will give you referrals for any contractors needed to get the job done
- I will address any additional storage needs
- If there is any personal shopping to be done for the job

- STAGING TO LIVE - FEELING OVERWHELMED WITH CLUTTER, CONFUSED AS HOW TO BEST UTILIZE YOUR SPACE, HAVE TOO MUCH STUFF, I CAN ORGANIZE AND RE-DESIGN YOUR CURRENT SPACE USING YOUR OWN THINGS AND OR SHOPPING FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR SPACE
- STAGING FOR A SPECIAL EVENT- I CAN PREPARE YOUR HOME FOR AN UPCOMING DINNER PARTY, HOLIDAY PARTY, BIRTHDAY PARTY, I CAN WORK WITH YOUR CATERER OR REFER YOU TO MINE, PROVIDE LINENS, TABLEWARE, ETC.
- STAGE FOR OPEN HOUSES
- STAGING YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT- ARE YOU NEED OF SERENE, PEACEFUL WAITING AREA? IS YOUR OFFICE OVER TAKEN WITH PAPERWORK AND FILES? I CAN MAKE YOUR OFFICE SPACE INVITING AND FUNCTIONAL.

- OFFICE FUNCTIONS, I CAN SET THE STAGE FOR ANY AND ALL OF YOUR OFFICE FUNCTION NEEDS, I WILL WORK WITH YOUR CATERER AND FLORIST OR PROVIDE YOU WITH MY OWN. I WILL CREATE AN ELEGANT, PROFESSIONAL FUNCTION FOR ALL YOUR OFFICE NEEDS.
- TRADE SHOWS, I WILL ASSIST YOU IN SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH TO VISUALLY INVITE PEOPLE IN AND MAKE THEM WANT TO SPEND TIME IN YOUR BOOTH
